Sit on your wood glider and watch the sun go down over the water. Relax by or in the 4ft above ground pool, fish from the pier or drive the John Deere Gator to either of the 2- 10 acre woods. Pet the horses and check out the feeder cattle. This is all included in your stay. You can bring your own tackle & poles or use ours ( no bait provided). And please return them the way you found them (all working). You are welcomed to rent the paddle/ battery mini pontoon, fishing boat, canoe or Kayak for fishing inside the private lake. Life jackets and flotations cushions provided and MUST be one per person in each boat. Fishing is caught and release or you are welcome to keep and cleaning. We do not supply any cleaning supplies. So you need to bring your own. Non swimmers MUST wear life jackets and everyone MUST sign liability forms. We are NOT responsible for accidents. In the right season, or time of the year you can even rent a canoe or Kayak. To adventure up or down the Little Elkhart river. That is located right on site. The river may have areas that you have to port or maneuver around fallen trees. It is always an adventure on the Little Elkhart. Mirror Lake is ALL about getting away from it ALL. But still have all the amenities. There many mom and pop eateries all within driving distance. Mirror Lake takes you away from all the pressures of life, stress of the traffic, noise and congestion. We have a very large level lake front yard with a great outdoor living space that has a large handmade Mayan family hammock (up to 600lbs) that is sheltered underneath a covered deck. Additionally we have an outdoor polished concrete and stainless steel wet bar area with a huge entertainment sink designed to fill with ice and last all day long. We also have a large custom built in outdoor enclosed shower area that is great for summertime fun . It also has a TV hook up if you need to watch a big game etc, and electrical outlets for your crock pots, chargers etc. along with a large outdoor ceiling fan to create a breeze if you prefer. We have a nice fire pit that we often enjoy towards the evenings and makes for a great conversation setting for all ages. Adam's lake is an all sports lake from 10am to 6pm. From 6pm to 10am it is a no wake lake allowing the fishermen and everyone to enjoy the sunsets and relax. Our lake is about 350 acres, spring fed and 98' deep. We have an amazing and very popular sand bar for all to enjoy on the East side of the lake. Adam's lake pub serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as has a full bar and you can drive your boat over or drive your car there. You can google Adam's Lake pub for their hours and menu. We have a two story home with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd story. The master was just completely remodeled and offers a King sized bed, with a very large closet and a large Anderson Patio door that opens to the 24x20 upper deck. The 2nd bedroom was also just remodeled and offers a Queen sized bed with built in storage drawers under the bed, large closet and also has a patio door that opens onto the upper deck. The 3rd bedroom was also just remodeled and offers a twin over standard bunk bed and a large closet. Completely the 2nd floor is a full bathroom with a large jetted tub and shower. On the first floor we have a large kitchen and living room area with large ceramic tile floors and great views of the lake. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances(side by side fridge, dishwasher, electric smooth top self cleaning stove, and toaster and microwave. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat along with a nice chair & ottoman. We also have a family room with a love seat and a desk area. Wireless wifi throughout the house. Our deck has landscape lighting that comes on and off automatically. We have a nice kayak, a paddle king paddle boat and many other floats for your use as well as a nice roll in aluminum dock. There is plenty of room to dock your boat and a public landing on the East side. We also have cable with movie channels should you decide to watch some TV. Our favorite area is our outdoor living area where we have an outdoor shower, and a full wet bar with our large entertainment sink. We also have a large coca-cola refrigerator for your beer, or soft drinks etc. We are very close to Shipshewana, the Midwest's largest Flea Market and Antique Auction which also has numerous Amish bakeries, meat shops, cheese shops, candy stores, Amish Made Furniture stores, etc. which offer excellent shopping.

Escape to the Amish way of life! Our farm is a real working Dairy Farm with chickens, goats, horses and of course cows. We are situated just outside of Downtown Shipshewana. You have your own Guest House that is adjunct to the main house. Our power is from Generators, so we turn most of the power off at night using battery power in the evening and use flashlights to get around outside. There is a large walking garden to enjoy with your coffee in the morning. We included a guided tour of the property during your stay.

We want to let you know...the Internet in our area is a bit slow. :-) So, if you need fast internet, there's a great coffee shop about 10 minutes north in Sturgis Michigan. This is a great spot if you need to get some work done. Our home is smoke-free and pet-free and we vigorously disinfect the entire home after every visit. We wash ALL linens and bedding, including comforters, after EVERY guest. Every surface is disinfected with Clorox wipes. We also provide hand sanitizer for your use. Parking for up to 3 cars free. The Space: Charming three bedroom, two bath channel front home on lake Wawasee. The sunny enclosed porch is a great place to dine, play games and just enjoy the serenity. A back deck is a great place to gather and just steps away from your private pier where you can hop in your boat and be on the main lake in minutes. The large master bedroom has a private bathroom and the two additional bedrooms have bunk beds. Each bedroom and the main area have TVs. Games, books and cards are onsite. Enjoy!

Saw and fell in love! Still working on decorating, but wanted to share as summer is here! Located on a channel with easy access to Lake Wawasee (as close as you can get without being directly on the lake) so bring your boat. PIER & BOATHOUSE included. Open living space with great views of the lake and PRIVATE POOL. 3 DECKS and a BALCONY from master bedroom, wood FIREPLACE outside and gas fireplace inside. HOT TUB is outside of lower level walkout. Each floor has a bathroom. Beautiful, quiet peaceful surroundings! It's Awesome! House is very bright and sunny! When you enter, the main floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, fireplace and large cathedral ceiling living room. Up the stairs is a large loft master bedroom with a private balcony, Casper queen mattress on bed and pull out sofa bed (also a queen). Balcony has a table and chairs. It's a very open space with great views of the lake. On the lower level is a daybed with a trundle bed which walks out to the hot tub. Pool isn't meant for jumping or diving, but is very refreshing. Brand new grill on main level deck and wood fireplace on the deck the level below. Pool deck has zero gravity chairs. Plenty of parking across the street in front of my garage. All children are welcome HOWEVER there are many hazards you must be aware of. The house is not child-proofed. There are lots of stairs and a high open loft bedroom that overlooks the living room. There is a pool , hot tub and lake is steps from the house. I suggest they wear life-jackets at all times when they are not in the house.

Not your typical rental, family owned and I enjoy sharing it the times I cant be there... Located on the east side of Lake Wawasee on Morrison Island is my cute and completely updated cottage with a large deck over looking a wide open tranquil bay with a couple uninhabited islands with plenty of wild life. The cottage is a perfect place to park your boat for the duration of your stay. And the public access ramp is just a couple minutes drive away. Don't have a boat? No problem. Griffith's Wawasee Marina is just a couple minute walk away to service all your rental needs. Or bring the kayaks up and paddle around. My 14 ft Old town kayak as well as my 12 ft Perception are there for you to use as well. For the times you don't want to be on the water, the green space on the island is perfect for family games or picnics. And since you'll be on an island, that means very low traffic so bring the bikes on up or your walking or running shoes and get a workout. The towns nearby are Syracuse and North Webster and both have great places to eat, drink or shop. The Boutiques and antique stores are awesome. Places to eat on the water? You have The Oakwood, The Channel Marker, and The Frog are all great places to go to after a day on Wawasee's sandbar. So on to the house. Its 1000 sq ft of functionality. I've had the house for a number of years and have updated it completely front to back. New carpet, fresh paint, new beds, new appliances, new deck, etc. And because kids, and some of us adults can't go anywhere without it, it does have WiFi. And it also has a 55 inch Samsung Smart tv with some pre loaded apps such as Vudu, Hulu, and Disney. And it has cable tv from May till October. The living room has plenty of space for relaxing or playing family games etc. It also has a single fold out bed and plenty of space for an air mattress for extra guests. The bedroom's are cozy and comfortable. One has a brand new queen size bed, and the other has a brand new full size bed. The kitchen is outfitted with new stainless appliances and an eating area as well. But the best place to eat is really on the newly built deck that goes over the water. Burgers and chicken off the new grill taste best looking at the scenery that the lake has to offer. But nothing compares to a cup of coffee watching the sunrise. Have your camera ready! C'mon up and spend a weekend or longer here and make some memories that will last a lifetime! Added note here.... I do have a small pup and am not opposed to having dogs there as long as they are great dogs. By my definition that is a dog that does not chew on anything and is completely house broken (potty trained) and loves other dogs as many of the Morrison Island residents have dogs. Added note here, it Does have central air conditioning and a gas grill. It does not have a dishwasher, or a washer and dryer. Also, important to know, the cottage has a newer hot water heater as well as a new water softener, but it does still get a bit of a sulfur smell from time to time when using hot water.

This channel front home overlooks the Johnson Bay portion of Lake Wawasee and is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and an open kitchen and living room area with a view of the bay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well (new for 2021). The third bedroom has two triple bunk beds. It also has a fireplace, patio, and an outside grill. This year round home sleeps 10 (new 2021) and is fully furnished. The property includes ninety feet of pier available for guest boats. Walk right outside to the piers - no stairs up and down from the water. A great location for a vacation on the lake. Kayaking in the channel or a quick dip in the water is possible from our pier. Reserve your boat rentals early in the off season as they tend to run out quickly.
